BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
At CCDC, we believe true support begins with a meaningful relationship. We partner with Thomas Miller Elementary School to connect with families facing housing insecurity. By listening closely to their unique needs and challenges, we build a welcoming partnership through consistent encouragement and regular meetings. We know trust is earned only when promises are kept. Through every step of the journey, we want our families to feel valued and seen and to know they have a reliable team standing right beside them.
CREATING OPPORTUNITIES
By offering our homes at lower rates than most rentals in the area, we help families succeed as they pay their monthly bills and get back on track to living stable, independent lives.
INSPIRING GROWTH
As we walk alongside the family, we encourage and mentor them. Parents make a budget and create a plan to pay off past-due debts and raise their credit score. We encourage them to get or keep full-time jobs and offer emotional support throughout the process. When they see progress, they become hopeful about their future.
